Love Letter to Mary: the American soldier, Mac Key meets soldier Smith looking for safety in a fight. Mac Key has a lot of questions about his comrades. Many of them have already died. Smith discovers that Mac is injured. The seriousness of his injury makes Mac dictate a letter to Smith for his girlfriend, Mary. The letter holds an ironic view of war and its companion, death. The Clinic: in the medical clinic, Doña Encarnita, a lady of age, meets a young man who is at the clinic for a routine check-up. The typical conversation in clinics begins. However, for this young man, who is a potential and essential hypochondriac, this routine wait, speaking with and listening to such a strange lady, is not so typical. Epitaph: a person committing suicide meets another. The two become involved in an interesting relationship in which they tell each other their methods, the systems that they have thought up to achieve their fatal objective. However, none of them wishes to go first. Each prefers to be witness to the other’s death.
